What happens at Dandy stays at Dandy, and that applies not only to the spontaneous dance move you busted out during our last Friday night tasting, but also for transactions you make through our website. We respect our customers’ privacy, and we are committed to protecting it. We may collect identifiable information about you from your browser through our server logs, including IP Address, pages you visited & cookie information. However, we will NOT sell your personal info to ANYONE at any price (even if they threaten to pull our nails out!).

Your personal and payment info is safe, safe, SAFE. Our Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software is the industry standard for secure e-commerce transactions. It encrypts all of your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it cannot be read over the internet: Encryption like an Egyptian, baby!
Refund Policy
All sales are final, BUT….
Defective merchandise may be returned for exchange of product(s) of equal value upon presentation of the following: sales receipt, original bottle (with wine to be evaluated) and cork. No cash, credit, or store credit can be issued.
Shipping Policy/ Delivery Policy
In the U.S., regulatory governance over interstate retail wine commerce is the mandate of each individual State—a mouthful of words that means that we cannot accept orders for shipment to the following States:
Alabama, Alaska, Delaware, Kentucky, Maryland, Massachusetts, Mississippi, Montana, New Hampshire, New Jersey, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Rhode Island, South Dakota, and Utah.
We do not ship internationally.
During times of extreme heat or cold, we will gladly hold your purchases until we can ensure safer travel. If you opt to have your order shipped during such extreme weather, DANDELION WINE cannot assume responsibility for the condition of your wine upon delivery. You must be at least 21 years of age to purchase and receive wine and spirits. All deliveries require an adult signature.
